My Approach
My work is relational, attachment based, trauma informed, and nervous system aware.
For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy, an attachment centered model that helps partners identify and shift their negative cycle and strengthen emotional security.
For individuals, I integrate experiential and body based approaches. I draw from parts work (IFS), EMDR informed resourcing, AEDP, and somatic practices. Rather than forcing change, we work at the pace of your nervous system, moving between processing and resourcing so growth feels sustainable.
Some seasons cannot be fixed. They must be felt, integrated, and navigated. Therapy becomes a place to do that work safely.
Faith & Spiritual
Integration
Faith has been an anchor in my own life, particularly in seasons when circumstances were beyond my control.
I offer faith integrated therapy for those who desire it, including clients from Christian backgrounds. I also work with individuals and couples from diverse spiritual perspectives. Your beliefs, values, and questions are welcomed and respected.
Faith integration is available but never required.
