  • I am a private pay therapist and do not contract directly with insurance companies. If you have out of network benefits, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.

  • Individual session, 50 minutes: $200

    Couples session, 80 minutes: $300

  • The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and circumstances. Some clients seek support during a specific season of transition, while others engage in longer term work for deeper integration. We will determine a pace that feels appropriate for you.

  • Yes. While many of my individual clients are women, I work with both men and women, as well as couples.

  • Yes. I work with individuals and couples from a variety of spiritual backgrounds. Faith integration is available when requested but never imposed.
