About Me

I’m Candi White, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Arizona.

I am a wife and mother of three teenagers, and like many of the clients I work with, I understand the complexity of loving deeply while navigating change, uncertainty, and seasons that unfold differently than expected. Parenting, leadership, and long term relationships have a way of stretching us beyond what effort alone can solve.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades in campus ministry walking alongside emerging adults through seasons of identity, faith, and leadership. That experience shaped my belief that growth happens in the context of safe, steady relationship.

I believe meaningful therapy begins with trust. When we slow down enough to build safety and attunement, the nervous system can begin to settle. From that place, clarity and change become possible.

I do not show up as the expert on your life. I come alongside you as a guide, offering steadiness and thoughtful direction while you reconnect to your own wisdom, capacity, and resilience.
